This was such a wonderful surprise!
We ordered 2 pet loungees from Calasca via Groupon. On arrival the product's quality was not as good as expected and I sent a mail to Calasca to inform them.
Glen was quick to respond and once we sent pictures ect they sent us 2 new products.
Glen thank you for taking the time and making an effort to hear our complaint and to actually act on it. We didn't expect any response.
Wish all suppliers would have your attitude and hart.
