I've ordered a pasta maker on [URL Removed] which was supplied by Calasca. On receipt it was of poor quality, to say the least - the instructions even stated that the machine should not be washed in water!!!!
I've tried to communicate with Calasca's offices, but all their phones are permanently engaged or on voicemail with a full message box!!! The only response I got was from Alan Fine (their MD) via e-mail, once even starting of the e-mails as "Dear Details" instead of my name!!!! How is that for customer service.
I've returned the goods to their offices and confirmed delivery a week ago - with no communication whatsoever! Now I am in the "No communication loop" again - I've got no idea if they are even going to instruct YouDeal to refund me.
This isn't for a fortune that I spent to be refunded, but what's right is right. And Calasca certainly hasn't any client service for me to right this situation!!!!
