I bought Tobi steam iron voucher from City Slicker which their service are just as bad with delay reply and cannot get hold of anyone on the phone. The seller is Calasca [URL Removed] no contact number only email address and after many email asking for delivery the response is none!!! They should be black listed to sell on CitySlicker/Groupon. Now it's been 6 weeks and still no feed back, on the voucher it said "allow 14-21 days for delivery. You will be notified via email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched" and all I get is nothing!!! Disgusting...
