Via City Slicker I ordered 2 items and paid for same 15 October. Only 1 item delivered so queried City Slicker who passed my query on to Calasca on 4 November. 7 subsequent emails from me and nothing but 4 pathetic responses from supplier. "so and so is dealing with this", "my colleague was supposed to phone you" etc. Refund requests completely ignored. Appalled by shocking service and disrespect!
