I have been waiting for assistance from Eskom in regards to a power cut that happened on Saturday 20 April 2013, my stand number is 10899 in Cosmo City Extension 10 and the reference number they provided is 93298546. I have been calling them since Sunday 21 April 2013 at 8:51am until today 22 April 2013 at 12:58, nothing has been done.
All the call center agents seem to have a different story every time I call. I spoke to Lerato, Kamogelo, Miranda, Jeffrey, the list continues. My son did not go to school as he has flu and the water was ice cold for bathing. when are the technicians going to be sent out?
