Went to my local- Westville - Post office this morning with something like R1000 worth of parcels to be sent. Guess what? It took the poor cashier about 3/4 of an hour to process the 7 parcels- because of the idiotic SLOW system that is now in place and then THE CARD MACHINE DIDN"T WORK- AGAIN!!! This morning, apparently there was only one card machine that was working out of something like 6 cashiers.
What is it with this idiotic bunch of fools in the post office head office? Don't they know that they are supposed to be providing a service to the CUSTOMER?? Not the other way round?!!
Thank heavens I took cash with me this morning, otherwise I would STILL Be sitting in that post office, waiting for someone to fix the card machine -AGAIN!
