This is not the first time im not able to track my parcels and i have complained before about the post office systems being down all the time! There is such terrible service from you guys and lack of staff knowledge. Why cant you guys get a decent working system in place? I need to track two very important parcels and i cannot make use of your site. When calling the callcentres theres no service and i've been waiting well over an hour. I went to the post office hoping they will be of help but once again everything is down. You guys are the most unreliable and offer the most disgusting service ever! Pity there isnt an alternative company. I've really had enough with you guys. Please sort your systems once and for all! What are we to do now as a public with such terrible service? Apologies wont help, we've had enough of those. Please send through a number for higher complaints division and which i will get service from should your sites be down as they are now.
