I am satisfied with the installation and working of the system, but today a so called inspection and certificate for installations arrived to give us a certificate. He has only have a phone number, no name for the the owner and no correct address, all though we filled in all our details in Karebo form. When we asked him who we are he did not know and Karebo gave them the address, which are incorrect, and they only gave him the cell no. He has a plain white Card with the name Karebo on and a serial no, no photo no nothing. I can make millions of those cards and had it out on street corners. I actually wear a time of thing over his shirt with Karebos' name on it. Which could be done by anyone. When we confronted him about the lack of information, he became aggressive and shouted to us we are stopping him from doing his work. Karebo if this is your employee, send him to a finishing course, give him proper information. And if you do send the same person again we would not allow him on our premises. We don't trust him!!! In this crime infested country YOU CAN'T BLAME US.
