On Friday the 12 April 2013 I took my rally tent to Tentatoria for minor adjustments which consist of:
Moving two small pockets (10 X 10 cm) at each front end.
Shortening the sides by folding them in and stitching two seems. (One per side)
After unpacking and unfolding everything explaining in detail to the lady at reception (I do think her name is Rene and that she is the owner) what was required she still could not provide me with a price but indicated that it is not a lot of work and that it will not be expensive. We agreed that I could collect one week later.
When I phoned a week later I spoke to somebody a elder woman who informed me that the job was not yet done, I again requested a price but still was not given one or even an indication as she was not familiar with the job to be done. I was promised that the job will be done on the day and that she will phone me back s soon as a price was determined. This never happened, at 13h00 I phoned again and were told that the job is completed at a whopping R417.00. I find this practice appalling and would not recommend this company to anybody.
