I changed over from MiWay Insurance to King Price Insurance a few months ago, and on doing so the agent at MiWay warned me of such petrifying service but I was oblivious to it, thinking any competitive insurance company would down grade another.
November-5-2013, I had lodged a claim through King Price Insurance and even got a claim number for doing so. I drive a BMW that took on a few minor scratches in an incident so obviously expensive car - expensive repairs but that is why I pay such a high premium which they are happy to debit each month with no delay!
Since the lodging of this claim I have tried contacting them and they have sent me back and forth with inspections and quotes but nothing has been done, not even an agreed auto shop to do the repairs, yet stated on their website boldly is 'your claim will be settled in 30 days' from the day it is initiated I suppose because its clearly been way over that period of time, so maybe I should sue for false advertising??
This service is highly unprofessional.
