Side mirrows painting pealing off

Went to Siemens 25.04.13 had my Chery QQ3 serviced. Spoke to the warranty Lady about the side mirrors, the paint is peeling off on both sides.
I dealt with by the MANGER which treated me badly.
1. My service book was not update I showed him it was up to date.
2. He argued with me about the price when I got there I got a quote over the phone when I booked My car in. His attitude towards me was very offensive It really upset me.
3. Spoke to the lady who works in the warranty department about the side mirrors. Photographs were taken and was promised That she would get back to me within two weeks which never happened. I phoned her a month later 31.05.13. She didn't have the info in front of her and once again promised to me back with in a hour which DID not happen. I phoned her back 3 Hours later, she made one excuse after another. I was not happy by the way I was treated by the staff at Seamans. I have found the after sales service to be shocking. I phoned the Customer care line and NO body got back to me. I would appreciate It if someoget Could get back to me. Thank you.
