We took our 2 Jurgens Xplorer caravan tents to the company to have the bags replaced. When we went back to pick them up they were done in a totally different color than the original bags. We have ordered a new tent - in the bag - from Jurgens and now we will have 2 tents in the color Tentatoria decided on and a brand new bag of the new tent. The company did not phone us to let us know that they do not have the correct color in stock or anything - seeing that we already paid they just said they are not prepared to have them redone! This means we will have to take the brand new tent we ordered to have the bag replaced with the different color just so they would match! We also requested that Velcro be added to the bags and we were just informed when collecting the bags that they did not do this! Nobody phoned us to let us know about any changes but we had to pay before we could collect the bags!!!
This is absolutely ridiculous!!!
