Extremely poor service and attitude

I called the Blackheath branch on Friday 27/09 to enquire about the installation of a Parrot bluetooth car kit. I was told by Riaz that the kit was currently out of stock. I asked him when the new stock would arrive, and I was told that it would take three days. He said I could bring my car in on Monday (30/09) morning at 9am for the kit to be installed. I took a day of leave and arrived this morning at the agreed time, only to have Riaz tell me that the kit is still out of stock. He then phoned Parrot and organised for a driver to collect the kit. He told me that the kit would arrive in an hour and it would take one hour for installation. I gave him my details and told him I was going across the road to Cresta (with my wife and four-month old baby) and that I would be back in two hours. When we arrived back, he nervously told me to take a seat as the kit still hadn't arrived. When I told him that this was unacceptable, he told me it was the warehouse's fault. When I asked him why he hadn't phoned me to tell me about the delay, he just shrugged. In the end, I left without the car kit. Is this really the service Gauteng Car Sound is offering to its customers? Pathetic!
