I have had nothing but bad service since March when I ordered a Tie Clip Microphone. Every time I phone to find out where my goods are I get a story about next week when the container arrives.

As I am typing this message I have already waited on the phone over 10 minutes to speak to the store manager just to have the phone put down in my ear.
