I ordered some parts from a supplier in the USA. The parts were packed and shipped within 3 days and I was given the USPS traking no. The package arrived at customs in joburg 8 days later where it took 4 days to clear. Two days later it arrived in Durban. Then it took 8 DAYS to get to Stanger - 90 km in 8 days - which just happened to be the wrong post office. At Stanger it was re-directed to Zinkwazi, but somehow the next day it showed up in Durban again. Where the tracking ceased. 12 days later this package had found its way to Florida USA - all on its own - untracked. From there the package was returned to the supplier. I have contacted Stanger PO who refered me to Durmail who I have called about 100 times of which maybe 10 have been answered. Not once has anyone come back to me. Each time I get through I get refered to a new person. 90% of calls are not answered. These clowns have assured me they have contacted USPS to arrange for the package to be returned and that they are still working on it. In the mean time the supplier has received the package and already credited me for it. Who should we blame? Apaertheid?
