KYOCERA = BEYOND RIDICULOUS!!!

Kyocera has the WORST SERVICE POSSIBLE! What a mission receiving the services one pays for. We're really struggling with them!!
We had to wait more than a week for our company's toner to be delivered, this is after we had to request it day after day after day.
When phoning Kyocera, staff will be giggling in the background and also whilst speaking to you.
Phoned one of their employees (will rather not mention names) requesting a copy of our service agreement, this is after I've emailed a few Kyocera employees requesting this, his answer - 'you don't have an agreement with me, you have an agreement with Kyocera' .. I mean whaaaaat??? HOW???!
This has been going on for the last year, even had one of their 'more important' employees come see us to explain what's going on ..still absolutely no improvement!
We want to cancel our 2 agreements with them but even doing that is a mission because NO ONE is willing to help.
DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE, KYOCERA HAS NOTHING BUT EMPTY PROMISES AS SOON AS PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED.
