The Kyocera FS-3140 copier, fax, etc has not functioned properly for at least 4 months despite many calls, visits by service technicians and the manager. The quality of copies is very poor, the firm has acknowledged that the drum needs replacing but nothing has happened. The fax does not work--Telkom is blamed. We have bought a temporary replacement and its faxing works fine...
Please fix the machine!!!
