I very very very frustrated with KYOCERA, every single time I have an issue i am faced with lots of difficulty when reporting it to service department. They take very long to respond, very long to come out when we have problems.
Currently we are facing the issue that I had requested toner on the 16th of January, we are now out of toner and can't print. Our entire office is very dependent on the printer. Their service is just terrifying and I have reported this to them now, requesting urgent assistance, when I phoned back, the lady who was to assist went on lunch. It is just frustrating. Their service is terrifying, I cant ever recall of a pleasant experience with them.
Please help, some of us have meetings tomorrow and cannot print.
