My complaint of 27 August refers. It was an old Tazz with an 'old' registration number. I think it had a 'Y' in it. If it helps in any way, the driver went to the Sasol Garage right opposite the Clearwater Mall (on Christiaan de Wet) I assume to refuel. Check his petrol slips for that day.
