My company has an account with kyocera and we use their printing machine and they supply us with toner every month which its in a contract we have to send them our readings and they will know when our toner is gonna run out, but they don't do that instead they seat in their offices and do nothing, every time you need service you have to scream at them and that's when you will get assistant, very very very bad company to do business with.
