My daughter's school Holy Family College advised me to call Waltons directly to place an order for her stationery. I called the store close by to my house in Glenwood, said I will send an email with the stationery list and requested that they confirm receipt. That was on the 26th of November, many calls to and fro and 8 days later I still do not have the stationery! Other kids from the same school have received their stationery. They never call to give me feedback until I call them. They initially refused to deliver the stationery while they delivered for the other kids, it took them days to get a correct price for the list resulting in me making two payments because of this. They promised to deliver this morning, it is 12 noon now and I still do not have the stationery.
Very, very poor service!
