Network Unlock code for 8.ta in mozambique

I just bought a Huawei g2101 phone for my son and when i inserted a Mcel Sim card (Mozambican) operator it asked for a network unlock code but the phone is new and i have no idea where to get the unlock code here in Mozambique.

Any Help???
