Extremely poor service

I placed 2 x Back to School orders with Waltons for Bishop Bavin School. The orders were placed on 24 Oct 2013 and delivery was promised by 28 Nov 2013. Most of the other children in the school started receiving their orders on 25 Nov 2013, however not my children. I contacted Waltons and logged a query on the website. When my call was finally returned on 28 Nov 2013, I was told that the 2 orders I had placed could not be found on the system. I was contacted back and told that the order forms had been found. I was then told that the rep, Cathy was not in, and that she was the only one who could tell me when the order would actually be processed. On 29 Nov 2013, I contacted Waltons again to find out what was going on. I was told that my orders would be processed. I indicated that the school closes on 4 Dec, and I would need the orders delivered on Monday 2 Dec. Kelly indicated to me that she would do her best. No delivery on 2 Dec, and no charge against my credit card. Contacted Kelly again this morning to find out what was going on. Was promised a call back. This never happened. Phoned back and waited for over 10 minutes - order still not processed! Not good enough!
