I took a list of required stationary for a quote as I could not buy my kids stationary through Curro's website as they had sold out. I asked them for a quote and left them all my details at about 10:30.
At about 16:30 I went back to ask for my quote. The response was that they think that the guy who was handling took it home with him and they are not sure if he did anything with it.
Naturally I asked for the manager as I was very upset to be only told that she was not there and that no manager was on duty. The joke being that I had seen her walk around while I was waiting to speak to the sales person.
Being to is one thing, having the disrespect to quote a customer and take the orders home is another. Especially since this actually affects my kids more than anything else by not having stationary for school.
I guess back to school is not cool for Walton's.
