I'd like to file a complaint against the SALA
Pension Fund for not paying the full pension
fund money of the late Brian Thulani Mbatla,
ID no: 660623 5564 083 who worked for the
South African Police Service 23 years and
died in service. He is the husband of Betty
Nobantu Mbatla ID no: 580522 0665 084. A sum
of R519 078.03 was paid to the wife and
children and a amount of taxed R150 015.15.
Another amount of R626 548.00 was paid out
but not recieved by the family. This amount
was taxed R5 457.86. Reference number:
0096/111/15/8.
SALA was contacted, but gave no response
since last year (2012) December. My husband
passed away on the 19/08/2010. Money was
only paid on the 22/06/2012. Please help me on
this regard
