After agreeing to deliver our wedding flowers at 9h00 on the morning of the wedding we started calling in a panic around 13h30 as the wedding ceremony was due to start at 15h30.
We received guarantees that the flowers would be delivered within the next half hour, then hour and finally the consultant and driver became hostile and began refusing to answer their phones - the management was equally unhelpful making it very clear there was nothing they could/would do.
The flowers eventually arrived 10mins after the ceremony was scheduled to begin an even then were just dropped off at the venue without anyone informing us that they had arrived or assisting with the set up.
I'm begging you, if you want your wedding day to go off without a hitch do not use these very expensive and totally unreliable suppliers.
