Package stuck at Cape Town hu

Hi,

Ive send 2 packages on the 3rd of April 2013 and I am STILL waiting for it to be delivered to Saldanha Bay. It has been STUCK at the Cape town HUB since the 5th and its today the 12th of April, why is the packages still there?!? The tracking numbers are pe765591990za and pe765591972za. It is two HUGE boxes so I cant see that it got or MISSING. Thanks
