On 2012-12-18, week Tupper week 51, I handed in 3 items at the Port Shepstone branch for replacement due to guarantee covered defects. They say they have a 6 weeks turn-around time where the products will be assessed by the Quality Control Department. However when I contact the local branch they say the factory is slow and not doing their work and when I phone the call center they just take down my details and say they will phone the factory and give feedback. I made calls to my Local branch 7 & 19 March and 9/04 to the 0800 call center 20/03, 9/04, 12/04 with no feedback to date.
Scary to say but when I asked a consultant if she could help, she said it could take up to a year or longer before I get any joy :-(
The goods were handed in under replacement Request Serial nr 394672 and were :
Indigo Quick shake - the cap was peeling & stress cracking
Indigo serving tong - the clip was broken
Storage container (4013A1; 4015A-4; 4014A-1)- splitting on the lid and stress cracking on the hinge of the flip lid.
