I am tired of the unacceptable service I have been receiving. I have a package that has been stuck at the Wits branch since the 12th of Feb and was suppose to be delivered on the 14th. I have sent emails and have not received any feedback from their customer service. I am tired of waiting. They keep saying on their site they are working to get delivery back to normal but still nothing has been done. And because of the illegal strike some of my packages are being held back by suppliers so I have multiple packages that was suppose to be delivered about a month ago.
I keep contacting Customer Service and they keep ignoring my emails. I want an answer on when I will be receiving the packages I have paid for.
