Bad service and bad attitude

We are a graphic design company who outsource our printing to various suppliers. We placed an order with Minuteman Press Menlyn, dealing directly with owner Henk Coetzee. We described what we wanted telephonically and we received a quote from Henk. When we received the order it was not what we had described. We phoned Henk and complained but he said he did it exactly according to the quote. We rechecked the quote and it was only partially what we received/discussed. Henk agreed that he would fix the mistake he had made but what had been discussed on the phone and had not been added to the quote we had to pay in. We agreed as it was our mistake for not checking the quotation properly. We also asked him to first do a sample for us. The first sample was not correct and we asked that he fix it. The second sample was still not correct. Finally by the third sample everything was done according to our wishes. When we received our order though it was incorrect once again. When we phoned Henk to discuss the issue he threw the phone down in our ear after saying that he was cancelling the rest of our orders that we have already paid for. We are now unable to reach him
