Missing parcel

I have a parcel which I have been trying to trace since 18 February my local post office in Citrusdal just shrugs their shoulders and refer me back to customer services who dont reply to my emails.

If anyone at South African Post office can help me please, this service has been shocking

My Parcel tracking number is PE 787 836 368ZA
I just get no response only useless remarks from Post office staff in Citrusdal, they dont have a care in the world, no use upgrading a post office as done here in Citrusdal if you are not going to upgrade the service thats my opinion.
