I have posted 3 seperate documents last week with your speed services for overnight couriers services which cost me R400 only to find out that none of my documents have arrived at it's designated recipients. The tracking numbers are TC193719611ZA

I tried calling your contact centre only to be out on hold for 10 - 15 MInutes.. this is extremely unacceptable.
