I went to the edenglen post office to collect a parcel with tracking number 281187312 za. When I RECEIVED THE COLLECTION SLIP NO WHERE ON IT DOES IT SAY YOU HAVE TO PAY WITH CASH. I PRODUCED MY CREDIT CARD AND THEY SAID THEY ARE ON A NEW SYSTEM THAT DOES NOT ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS. wHO THESE DAYS DOES NOT ACCEPT CARDS. NO BODY WALKS AROUND WITH CASH. I HAVE USED MY CREDIT CARD TO PAY FOR SERVICES BEFORE AT THIS BRANCH SO KNOW THAT IT HAS BEEN DONE . I CALLED FOR THE MANAGER MITZE AND TOLD HER THAT NO WHERE WAS THERE ANY SIGN OR NOTIFICATION THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY BY CASH ONLY. sHE WAS VERY DISMISSIVE AND SAID ITS THE NEW SYATEM. I asked her what must I do to receive my parcel she said come back with cash. DO YOU KNOW THE PRICE OF PETROL THESE DAYS. I TOLD HER SHE HAS NO SIGN ANYWHER AND JUST SHRUGGED HER SHOULDERS . I SAID YOU OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE SHE JUST WALKED OFF. luckily I FOUND MONEY BELOINGING TO SOMEONE ELSE IN MY BAG AND USED THAT. THE TELLER WAS SO BELLIGERENT AND DIDNOT EVEN BOTHER TO GREET ME OR MAKE ANY CONVERSATION. I AM NOT ACCEPTING THIS ATTITUDE FROM THESE PEPOLE WHO THINK THEY HAVE A LITTLE BIT OF AUTHORITY AND MUST NOW DO WHAT THEY LIKE. THERE MUST BE ACCOUNTABILITY
