I placed an advert on OLX this morning at 11h11, checked at 21h11 and my advert is still not active, their emial said it will take 3 to 6 hours. This is the second time this happened the last time it took 21 hours to get my advert active and only after I threatened to lodge a complaint on this website and only after the second email.
I think everybody should just go back to the original site for selling at Gumtree. OLX seems to be spending too much money on advertising and cannot supply what they promise, the link in my email actually said the advert is no longer available.
DISGUSTING! Shut them down!
I will never use their site again and will give them as much bad press as I can. Everybody deserves a second chance and that they just blew now!
