As I find it not possible to track a parcel send to me from Johannesburg to Hankey in the Eastern Cape, I send
an email to Customer Service (SA Post Office)
Within minutes Ben Blignaut replied and minutes later I knew where my parcel was. Today Bongie Khumalo also send me an email to explain where the parcel is.
After seeing all the negative reports regarding the Post Office, I was pleasantly surprise with these two gentleman`s response.
