New Piost Office Tariffs

I spend about R10 000 a month at the post office on sending parcels to our subscribers. The postal tariffs have increased on the 1st of April. I have been asking for months at the two post offices I deal with if they can provide me with the new tariffs for budgeting purposes. Nobody know what the new rates are. The only way you can now find out what the new tariffs are is if you go to the post office and use the service they can call up the tariff on they point of sale. They do not have brochures with the new tariffs and even the website displays last years tariffs boldly as the new tariffs. It is totally unacceptable that a major service provider can be so useless and indifferent to the customers it is suppose to serve.
