I requested a cancellation from the be2 site in December at which they replied that I have to send them a signed cancellation document. I told them that I don't have a fax / scanner to do this and that they should cancel my account. They did not want to. Then finally I got a scanner and mailed them the cancellation document prior to the 14 day cancellation restriction, but they still debited me!!! Now I am not getting any feedback from them to sort out the problem.
