Terrible Escalation Handling

Reported Avon as they handed me over for a balance they refuse to credit me even though I have sent countless documents proving my credit is valid. After involving Hello Peter I was finally assisted and promised my account will be credited and closed. Almost a year later and I am still being harassed for a balance and being warned of a possible mark on my credit record. I have sent everything they asked of me, waited for a very long time and had to chase after Psychology for a response. I was sent a final warning and forwarded it to Psychology twice only to be ignored. I am fed up with the empty promises, I don't see why I must get a bad credit record for money Avon owes me. I am utterly disgusted as I have to call on Hello Peter's service in order to get a response. Please help me Hello Peter, I need your assistance!!!
