I consulted with Global Visas in late 2011 regarding visas for the UK. They briefly said they can get me a visa but i first need to pay the fee. I paid, then they disclosed the finer details & there i discovered it won't work for me so i requested a refund... NO after NO after NO they keep telling me i'm not entitled to a refund which is not acceptable as according the to consumer act, if they do not fulfill the service a refund should be given plus the act clearly states for unfair terms and conditions & that is regarding the part which says no refund which is unfair & unjust.
i handed over my case to my attorneys mid 2012 to proceed as Global Visas trade unethically & according the the consumer protection act, they are breaching the act.
It is now January 2013... i received another mail saying they will not refund me... It looks like it will go to court then...
My advice: DO NOT USE GLOBAL VISAS! They are your typical "JA BROERS". They just want your money!
