MiWay gave me a quote, ref 18197723 based on conversation on 15 January. I inform them that I cannot just take that their quote is the one with the lower price as I need to compare apples with apples.
I asked them to give me a quote will be in line with my current insurer for me to be able to make a fair decision. (16 January)
Someone was supposed to call me back on the 17th. They did not even respond on the amended request.
I informed you and MiWay on the 22nd. Still no response and it is the 30th today.
That goes to show that they could not give me a better quote OR it is just the way the render a service.
It seems if they do not want to pay the R400 that was promised if they could not give me a lower quote.
Whatever the case, please delete me from your database as I rather stay with my current insurer as I know what I have and I know their service are good.
It seems if MiWay is the WrongWay for me.
