Global Visas have done NOTHING

We signed up with Global Visas 06/2012. After receiving terrible to no service from Global Visas, on 06/12/2012 I raised a query to Stephen Meyer, a manager at the Global Visas South African Branch, requesting a full refund due to NO communication, the fact that they didn't know what COUNTRY I was moving to, and that they had signed us up for the wrong services. They did not adhere to payment terms, promised to organise shipping, pet relocation, etc, which was never delivered upon. During sign up, the agent Duncan promised to find both my husband and myself a job, and process his visa for NZ. They did NONE of this, and now even refuse to answer my emails, and have canceled my log in accounts, so I cannot contact Global Visas South Africa or their Australian branch. They also provided INACCURATE information on what documents we needed for the visas, and advised us incomplete details with regards to the appropriate things to apply for. I have been complaining and BEGGING for them to give us any assistance whatsoever. It is now 19/05/2013, and my last 9 emails to them have gone unanswered. I would like a FULL refund. We have done it all ourselves without their assistance.
