I signed an agreement with Global Visas to assist with immigration for myself and my family to the UAE. The Case Manager was helpful and polite but not qualified in that field. After weeks and weeks of me asking questions that could not be answered or insufficiently answered I sent my first letter of complaint. After sending an email of complaint I was informed that I would not receive a refund and to just continue with my case. I then escalated my complaints to a team leader who took all my information and promised to have management review my reasons for wanting a refund. I was then informed that a refund was requested and the board decision made in 15-20 days. well that's long past, I called was told that someone else would contact me still waiting... To date I've paid Global Visas R24 375.00 but not received service to that value.
