Unprofessional behavior and a very bad customer se

My car was involved in an accident and was taken in for repairs. A week and a half later I received an sms from the tracking company Cell Track telling me my car war travelling @ some high speed to some direction I don't know. I then sms'd stop as per their intructionss in a case when my car had been. The following day I went to their office t find out what was really going on. The guy I spoke to, told me to call their head office as they only deal with installations and call outs. I then called the head office and was told that the sms was sent in error. I left it @ that, but today when I went to fetch my car I was told but the panel beaters that it won't start. I tessted the cars, the power turns on but the car won't start. I then called Cell Track head office for several times without getting any assistance. After several attempts I was told that my car or my details are not on their system. I decided to go to Cool Power, who are the people who installed the tracking system in the car. The service I got from the guy called Nolan was very appalling to say the least. He said I should have come early if I wanted to get help. Now I have to pay for storage for until tuesday.
