They called me to apply for the cellphone and told me it will be delivered within ten days, but nothing of such ever happened, instead after eight days Isaac from Bloemfontein UTI sun courier called me and asked me my names the way appearing from the ID.I gave him and told me they are differing from the way Real people gave to him. I called real people and informed them and they told me they have updated them and will email to UTI for an update.but again the following week Isaac told me no email found. I called real people four times after, in different days and weeks, same story that they will update and send to UTI, but nothing, we then assumed with Isac that maybe the emails are going to UTI head office. I then called UTI head office and they wanted the tracking or refference number. I called Real people for the number and they gave me UTM18330152.I then call UTI and gave the number to them and was told it was wrong and call again real people, they told me thats the number they have, so UTI cant track my phone.today as I write this. I called the Real people to further find out, they told me they have cancelled the deal as they have tried 3 times to call me and was not answering my phone
