I bought shoes at Edgars (Prato) and after wearing them a few times the heal broke very disappointed i send head office a complain and they requested i take them back, at Sandton was told that they could-int find records on their system they would make a follow up three weeks passed without me getting any feed back, called head office again was told to go back to Sandton where i got the same story cant trace the purchase on the system left the shoes at Sandton and called head office again there after i got a call and was told the money was refunded. its wa in March but to date it has not been credited back in my accout.the head of client services and the managers useless and I'm very disappointed with head office for the litle / non existant assistance.for moth for over 6 years i have been their customer now im regreting it.
PEOPLE PLEASE DONT BUY PRATO SHOES OVER PRICED AND NPT QUALITY
