I am sick and tired of running a goose chase

My parcel was sent to Troyevile Post Office sometime in October, I was out of the country and therefore was late to collect it. I was told by the teller that my item had been destroyed and that there was nothing he or I could do about it. I was not satisfied with his reply and therefore decided to call the head office in Cape Town to track my parcel, they told me that it is in RLO as it did not have a senders address and that I should go back to the post office and fill in the RLO forms.
When I went back to T.P.O the lady at the counter (no name tag) said that she has never heard about an RLO form and could not help me. After i insisted that she call the head office herself to find out about this service, she told me to write my details on a piece of paper and that i will be notified within 2 weeks. i called the head office again today 23/12/13 and they said that my parcel is still at RLO. Since i didnt have her name I noted the time and date of our conversation 05 December 2013 15:00 so that I could report her.

I am sick and tired of running in a wild goose chase, how do I get my parcel? Who do I phone? Where do I go now?
