On Saturday I had an express pedi with french paint done by Charity, although I am very happy with the result I feel that customer service can be taken a notch up. Firstly, I asked for something cold to drink and was informed that they had no juice & I was offered luke warm tap water. During my treatment, the other therapists were so loud (laughing & talking/screaming), it felt like I was sitting in a Wimpy during December holidays. After the pedi was done, I was shown to the reception &was sat down (presumeably for the nails to dry) no one bothered to advise me WHY I was sitting there of for how long I should sit there. The therapist didn't even come to check op on me. I finally got up and wanted to pay-but apparently it requires 3 ladies to assist 1 customer (even though the one was staring at me the whole time). She eventually, after a few minutes decided to acknowledge me, but was so rude and unfriendly-I felt really unwelcome. I purhcased a product but was not even offered a carry bag. I left wihout even a thank you or see you again. Even tough I am happy with my pedi, I will think twice of booking a follow up with your Salon as I do not feel welcome or appreciated there.
