No Service after first call out

After the first call out to repair our Fridge on the 24/01/2013 which cost us R400 - the repair person told us we needed certain spares and that he would order them and come back to us - needless to say that never happened. We have tried to contact the company to see if the spares have been ordered - and they "will come back to us in 5 minutes" - again needless to say etc etc. We were told to contact this company by AEG - but i suggest that if possible you rather find another company to use.
