Two appliances - 1 visitation - 2 call out fees

I called to ask if they could service two appliances at my home - both are fridges.
I was informed that because it was two appliances I would be charged 2 call outs (2 x R450) even though they only attend at my home once.
Needless to say I found this totally ridiculous, hung up the phone and tore up their fridge magnet.
Clearly they are trying to rip the consumer off...
