I bought a manicure and pedicure for 2 people on a Groupon voucher for the Nail Spa. On arrival there was a slight misunderstanding- only one person was booked. However, we were immediately accommodated even though they were fully booked and the receptionist was off sick. The salon offers a three page menu of complimentary drinks. You are then taken through to choose your nail polishes- an enormous range of several brands. But you are also offered a choice of about 6 different scrubs and cream for your hands and feet- I have never even experienced this at some of Johannesburgs top 5 star hotels. The chairs are incredibly comfortable and you are placed facing each other, instead of side by side, so it's far nicer to talk to your friend like that. My manicure lasted 2 weeks, despite being a physiotherapist, and the pedicure is still going strong - 3 weeks later. I will definitely return- even though it's quite far from where I live.
